By visiting the online store www.iq-beauty.com, using or connecting to this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use of the online store www.iq-beauty.com (hereinafter – Terms).

  • The Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy are an integral and essential part of these Purchase Terms.
  • These terms are binding on the Seller, the Buyer, and any Visitor of the online store www.iq-beauty.com. If a visitor of the online store www.iq-beauty.com does not agree with these Terms (including the Cookie Policy and/or Privacy Policy), the visitor is not entitled to use and/or cannot use the online store www.iq-beauty.com.
  • We reserve the right to change the Purchase Terms without prior notice.
  • We cannot guarantee that the operation of the online store www.iq-beauty.com will be uninterrupted, error-free or fault-free, and we reserve the right to suspend, discontinue or modify the operation of the online store www.iq-beauty.com (in whole or in part) without prior notice, and we bear no responsibility for any disruptions, errors or malfunctions in the operation of the online store www.iq-beauty.com.
  • You must not interfere with the proper operation of the website www.iq-beauty.com, and in particular, you must not attempt to bypass, counterfeit, hack or otherwise breach the security or operation of the website www.iq-beauty.com or any computer system, server, router or any other internet-connected device. We cannot and do not guarantee that any content posted on the online store www.iq-beauty.com is free of viruses and/or other code with malicious or destructive properties. You are responsible for taking sufficient measures and conducting virus checks (including antivirus and other security checks) in accordance with your specific security and reliability requirements for data input and output.

Definitions:

Online store – a website and database created by the Seller in which the Buyer places Orders.

Shopping Cart (My Cart) – goods selected by the Buyer that have not been paid for in the online store www.iq-beauty.com.

Order – a set of goods selected in the online store www.iq-beauty.com and paid for by the Buyer.

Registered Buyer – a Buyer who has completed and submitted the registration form available on www.iq-beauty.com.

Unregistered Buyer – or Guest, who has not completed and submitted the registration form available on www.iq-beauty.com.

Product Price Guarantee Period – the expiry date until which the Seller guarantees that the price of the Product will not change if the Order is paid within that period.

Withdrawal Form – a form you can fill in to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

Privacy Policy – information about the processing of your personal data related to our services.

Cookie Policy – an information file sent to your computer or other device (e.g. mobile phone) when you visit a website and stored in your browser.

Courier – a business partner selected by the Seller who delivers the Product paid for by the Buyer on behalf of the Seller.


1. General Provisions

1.1. The Buyer orders, and the Seller undertakes to supply and deliver food products, cosmetics and household goods, hereinafter referred to as Products, the names, composition, prices, quantities and values of which are agreed upon by the Buyer when placing an Order and are stated in the invoice.

1.2. Any person is entitled to make purchases on www.iq-beauty.com — whether a registered or unregistered Buyer, as well as natural and legal persons.

1.3. The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer enters into force when the Buyer selects a Product in the online store www.iq-beauty.com, agrees to the Purchase Terms of the online store and clicks the "Buy" button.

1.4. The Buyer is not entitled to purchase a Product in the online store www.iq-beauty.com if they have not read the Purchase Terms or do not agree with them.

1.5. The Buyer undertakes to order and accept the Product, as well as to pay the Order Value in accordance with the Agreement. The Product is delivered only to the territory indicated in the online store www.iq-beauty.com.


2. Registration and Processing of Personal Data

2.1. The Seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data, to ensure its security and use in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Information Society Services. Information may be provided to third parties only in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. The Seller undertakes to process the personal data specified in this Agreement, to store it only for the purpose for which it is intended and only to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose, including for the purposes of service improvement and distribution of promotional materials. The Seller is entitled to transfer the Buyer's personal data to cooperating partners and data processing companies. The collected information may be used for strategic and marketing purposes.

2.3. To become a Registered Buyer, you must complete the registration form available on www.iq-beauty.com and agree to the Purchase Terms.

2.4. When completing the registration form, the Buyer provides the following Data: First name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, city/village, street/house, building/unit number, apartment number, postal code.

2.5. By agreeing to the Purchase Terms of the online store www.iq-beauty.com, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

2.5.1. to provide information to the Buyer,

2.5.2. to identify the Buyer,

2.5.3. for the sale of Products,

2.5.4. for Order delivery,

2.5.5. to improve the quality of the online store,

2.5.6. for market research.

2.6. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration, as well as for actions performed with the user's registration data in the online store www.iq-beauty.com, and for the consequences of providing incorrect information, including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or mobile phone number.

2.7. The Buyer is responsible for the security of all data provided during registration, and the Seller bears no responsibility for any damage suffered by the Buyer if the Buyer negligently handled their registration data and as a result the data became accessible to third parties or was misused.

2.8. The Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of any possible manipulation of the Buyer's registration data by a third party, as well as if the Buyer suspects that their registration data has become accessible to third parties.

2.9. The Seller is entitled to block the Buyer's access to the online store if the Seller determines that third parties are acting maliciously on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller will notify the Buyer of the blocking of access.

2.10. An Unregistered Buyer, by placing an Order in the online store www.iq-beauty.com and providing the requested information, agrees to the Rules and to the processing of the personal data provided by them to the extent necessary for the proper execution of the purchase of Products, i.e.:

2.10.1. information about Buyers, sale and delivery of Products, identification of Buyers – first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, city/village, street/house number/block, apartment number, postal code.

2.11. A Registered Buyer is entitled to update, change, supplement or delete their registration on www.iq-beauty.com at any time.

2.12. A Registered Buyer creates a user profile and password and is entitled to use special offers of the online store www.iq-beauty.com. A Registered Buyer is responsible for the secure storage of their access data and for ensuring that it is not transferred to third parties.


3. Product Prices

3.1. Product prices in the online store www.iq-beauty.com are stated in euros in accordance with the procedure established by current regulations. The price includes the value added tax (VAT) rate specified in the applicable rules.

3.2. Delivery costs are not included in the price. The cost of product delivery is indicated separately when placing an Order.

3.3. Product prices in the online store www.iq-beauty.com may differ from prices in physical IQ-BEAUTY stores.

3.4. The Product is sold to the Buyer at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

3.5. The Seller is entitled to change Product prices without prior notice.


4. Product Availability

4.1. If during the packing of a parcel it becomes clear that a product/products are no longer available before dispatch, the money paid for the product/products will be refunded to you.

4.2. If before the parcel is dispatched it becomes clear that the quantity of ordered products is limited, the products will be sent to those customers who placed their order first. Customers to whom we are unable to deliver the products will be refunded the amount paid for them.


5. Placing an Order

5.1. An order is placed by clicking the "BUY" button in the "My Cart" section. The Buyer is obliged to complete the product purchase process steps by filling in and verifying the information requested at each step, as well as checking the accuracy and quantity of the goods placed in the cart.

5.2. After clicking the "BUY" button, you are offered the option to log in — to enter the Registered Buyer's profile and complete the purchase, or to purchase the selected Products as an Unregistered Buyer by providing all the necessary information.

5.3. If the Registered Buyer is already logged in to their profile, they need to fill in the missing information necessary for the purchase of Products.

5.4. When placing an Order, a delivery method must be selected.

5.5. If the Buyer has any questions or problems related to placing Orders or other actions in the online store www.iq-beauty.com, the Buyer can contact the Customer Service Department.


6. Order Payment

6.1. Payment for an order in the online store can be made in three ways:

6.1.1. via internet banking

6.1.2. by payment card

6.1.3. In addition to the above payment methods, the Product may be paid for upon delivery.

6.2. A purchase confirmation document or delivery notification is sent to the email address provided in the order form.


7. Order Fulfillment

7.1. Orders placed in the online store www.iq-beauty.com are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.

7.2. Registered Buyers can view the status of their order in their Profile account and receive informational emails, while Unregistered Buyers will receive an email with the order fulfillment status.


8. Delivery and Collection of Goods

8.1. The Product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, which the Buyer indicates before placing each order.

8.2. Delivery of the Product is carried out only on business days. The Seller dispatches the Product on the same business day, and accordingly the Order is delivered within one or two business days.

8.3. The Seller is entitled to change the Product delivery deadline, having notified the Buyer in advance.

8.4. A charge is applied for delivery. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen delivery method.

8.5. If the Customer decides to collect the Order at one of the self-service parcel terminals, on the day of Order delivery the Customer will receive an informational SMS message with the parcel terminal door opening code.

8.6. If the Customer chooses to receive the Order via Courier delivery to the address specified by the Customer, the Courier will contact the Customer on the day of Product delivery to inform the Customer of the Product delivery time.

8.7. If the Buyer collects the Product in person, they must present an identity document (passport or identity card) to establish the Buyer's identity.

8.8. If the delivery of the Product to the Buyer is not possible due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer (the Buyer provided an incorrect address and/or mobile phone number, the Buyer cannot be found at the specified address, the Buyer cannot be contacted, the specified address is inaccessible, etc.), re-delivery of Products is not carried out (except in cases where the Buyer has agreed with the Courier in advance on re-delivery of Products the following day without changing the initial delivery address), but the purchase of Products may be cancelled. In this case, the Seller will contact the Buyer to find a solution:

8.8.1. The Seller may cancel the order, refunding the amount paid for the Product, but not refunding the delivery fee paid for the Product.

8.8.2. The Seller may re-deliver the Order. Re-delivery is carried out for an additional charge.

8.9. Upon delivery of the Product, the Buyer must ensure that the delivered Product corresponds to the Product indicated in the Order.

8.10. If the Buyer notices any damage or discrepancies in the received Order, they are obliged to immediately notify the Seller. If the parcel is delivered by a courier, the discrepancy must also be reported to the courier.


9. Right of Withdrawal. Exchange and Return of Goods

9.1. In accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Protection in Distance Contracts (97/7), the Buyer – a natural person – may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product. The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement if: the Products supplied are non-returnable or are perishable, consumable, food or beverages, or if the purchased cosmetics, household chemicals or hygiene products have been opened and used.

9.2. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the value, quality and safety of the Product. Otherwise, the Seller is entitled to refuse the Buyer the right to withdraw from the agreement regarding the supplied Product.

9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement, the Buyer must complete the contact form available on the website www.iq-beauty.com within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Order and provide the necessary information, or contact a customer service specialist. The withdrawal notice may be submitted:

9.3.1. by email: info@iq-beauty.com

9.3.2. by post, courier or delivered in person to the Seller's office in Lithuania: P. Lukšio st. 32, LT-08222 Vilnius

9.4. The Product must be provided together with a completed form.

9.5. By exercising the right of withdrawal from the agreement, the Buyer pays the costs of returning the product to www.iq-beauty.com.

9.6. The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the agreement for all Products purchased during one Purchase and receive back the money paid for the Products and delivery, or for part of the Products purchased during one Purchase and receive back the money paid for the Products in respect of which the Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal.

9.7. If products covered by a promotion are returned, they will be refunded at the price at which they were purchased.

9.8. The Seller is entitled not to accept the Product and not to grant the Buyer the right to withdraw from the agreement, and not to refund the money paid for the Product, if the Seller discovers damage to the Product during the return (labels have been removed and/or damaged, protective film has been torn, etc.) and/or there are signs of use of the Product.

9.9. The refund of the amount paid for the Product in cases where the Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal from the agreement is carried out within the deadlines and in the manner established by applicable regulations.


10. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

10.1. The Seller undertakes to provide Services in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulations, with high quality while observing the standards, criteria and ethical norms established for the Service Provider's profession.

10.2. The Seller is entitled to use its employees or subcontractors to provide the Service.

10.3. The Seller undertakes to fulfil the Agreement and deliver the Product to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and in the configuration specified in the Order.

10.4. The Seller cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered without errors.

10.5. If the Seller is unable to fulfil the conditions included in the Terms (deadline, amount, quality, etc.), they must notify the Buyer in a timely manner by contacting them at the specified phone number or by email, and may propose amendments to the Rules or Terms. A solution must be found taking into account the situation by mutual agreement of the parties. Any disagreements or disputes that may arise between the Parties in the performance of the Agreement, the Parties undertake to resolve through mutual negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, disputes shall be examined by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
